Important information first!
We will not process orders placed between
5:00PM / 17:00 December 27, 2023 till January 3, 2024
Behind the scenes we are always busy receiving and processing orders and we always do our best to ensure that your order is sent your way as quickly as possible, undamaged and complete.
Our experience shows that we cannot offer certain options through our current webshop and for this reason we have started completely rebuilding another webshop.
Some missing options in the current webshop include;
- Choosing a PostNL or DPD Parcel Point yourself when placing an order.
- Few payment options for foreigners.
Apart from that, we also have some wishes on the backend of the current webshop that could not be fulfilled, which is why we made the switch.
What does this mean for you?
Actually nothing! Until our new webshop is fully operational and tested, you can use the current webshop.
What does this mean for Cuddle Kingdom?
Switching to a new webshop system takes a lot of time, which is why shipments may sometimes be delayed.
That is why we have decided not to process orders placed between December 27 and January 3. So that we can spend all our time as best as possible setting up the new webshop.
A few improvements in our new webshop;
- It is possible to choose a parcel point yourself when paying for your order
- Multiple payment options are available, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, etc.
- Navigation around the site is improved.
- The webshop will have a nice new and modern look.
- Shipping costs are gradually optimized per country. This way we prevent you from paying too much shipping costs.
I really want my country to be available in the new webshop!
That is no problem at all! We would love to know for which country's we can optimalise our shipping rates so that you never pay to much.
